What is black tea?
Black tea is a tea which is harvested from tea tree (Camelia sinensis.L.), which undergoes the procedure of drying, fermenting, and rubbing.
The origin of black tea
There is a theory that while the voyage from China to Europe, the heat and humidity have fermented the black tea, but normally the origin of black tea derived from the Chinese BokKunSungMooiMountain which originally called JeongSanSoJong.
